An evening unlike any other is coming to Spinnaker Gourmet Stage. On October 24, the International Culinary Fellowship (ICF) takes over the kitchen with a seven-course dinner under the title “Taste of the Flavours of Texas.” The ICF is a team of chefs from around the world, brought together by a shared belief: to bring and share the food of the world together through community, passion, education, and charity.
