The Spinnaker Gourmet Stage is a curated series of dining experiences, inviting some of the regions most renowned chefs to share the essence of their own kitchens in Poreč. Each event is a celebration of individuality, where chefs craft menus that reflect their culinary philosophy and push the boundaries of taste and imagination.
What began as part of local festivals has evolved into a visionary gastronomic program, elevating Spinnaker to a destination where global culinary artistry and the spirit of fine dining converge.
Thursday, November 27, is reserved for another exciting chapter of the Spinnaker Gourmet Stage: an exclusive evening with chefs Matteo Metullio and Davide De Pra, whose Trieste-based restaurant Harry’s Piccolo boasts two Michelin stars. The creative energy of this duo stretches from the Dolomites to the Adriatic. Their story began in 2013 at La Siriola, continued with Harry’s Piccolo, which shone in a new light at its new location in the heart of Trieste, and in the spring of 2026 it will reach the Istrian coast with the opening of Harry’s Piccolo Poreč at Pical Resort.
