The Spinnaker Gourmet Stage is a curated series of dining experiences, inviting some of the regions most renowned chefs to share the essence of their own kitchens in Poreč. What began as part of local festivals has evolved into a visionary gastronomic program, elevating Spinnaker to a destination where global culinary artistry and the spirit of fine dining converge.
This September, as a part of Tunalicious Festival, Spinnaker Gourmet Stage is honoured to host an extraordinary culinary evening dedicated to the Adriatic’s most iconic ingredient – tuna. Joining us is one of Croatia’s foremost talents, chef Marina Gaši of Restaurant Marina in Novigrad. Renowned for her pioneering seafood cuisine and a philosophy rooted in respect for the sea’s bounty, Marina crafts each dish guided by principles of sustainability, creativity, and authenticity. Her approach—“whatever the Adriatic offers, in its purest form”—reshapes every course into a memorable tribute to the king of the sea.
