Chef Ana Roš

Saturday, May 31, is reserved for one of the most anticipated culinary events of the spring: Ana Roš — chef of the three-Michelin-star restaurant Hiša Franko; winner of the World’s Best Female Chef title; and the woman who put Slovenian gastronomy on the global map — is coming to the Spinnaker Gourmet Stage. Guests can look forward to an evening of carefully selected dishes and personal favorites from JAZ – her Ljubljana restaurant, renowned for its serious yet never pretentious approach to cuisine. Each course will be paired with wines from one of three winemakers who have shaped the modern Istrian wine scene – Kozlović, Matošević, and Degrassi – while the dinner will open and close with signature JAZ cocktails prepared live by mixologist Mensur Babača. All gastro lovers and enthusiasts attending can expect an exciting evening full of flavors and surprises.
