On Saturday, March 8, was an unforgettable evening of creativity and bold flavors, crafted by Katarina, one of Croatia’s most exciting chefs. Known for her "funky elegance" style, she honed her skills at Plavi Podrum and Zinfandel’s before winning Gault & Millau Croatia’s "Talent of the Year" and the 2024 Best Young Female Chef award. Her dishes were perfectly paired with biodynamic wines from Austria’s Tamara Kögl, proudly certified by Demeter.
