International Culinary Fellowship

An evening unlike any other is coming to Spinnaker Gourmet Stage. On October 24, the International Culinary Fellowship (ICF) takes over the kitchen with a seven-course dinner under the title “Taste of the Flavours of Texas.” The ICF is a team of chefs from around the world, brought together by a shared belief: to bring and share the food of the world together through community, passion, education, and charity. For this special occasion, eight chefs – Dave Sokol, Mario Reyes, Gene Christiano, Gianni Santin, Michael Lamping, Michael Scott, Salvatore Gisellu, and Yutaka Yamoto – will travel from the USA, Canada, Japan, and Europe to Poreč. Together they will craft a one-off menu that brings the bold spirit of Texas into conversation with the Mediterranean elegance of Spinnaker. A rare chance to experience an international team of chefs cooking side by side – and to be part of a dinner that celebrates food, culture, and fellowship.
